Empowering Young S.T.E.M. Leaders
At Science Explorers we know kids are naturally curious. Our hands-on programs create an interactive learning environment that nurtures their curiosity, makes learning more memorable and fosters a lifelong interest in science.
Science Explorers has been providing quality, hands-on STEM enrichment programs since 1999. Whether you are a parent looking to register your child for an after-school club or camp, a school looking to offer STEM literacy to your students, or an organization wanting to add some science excitement at your next event, you have come to the right place! Check out the videos below to see what we do!
What We Do
Science Explorers has been providing quality, hands-on STEM enrichment programs since 1999.
Our Purpose
What Every Science Explorer Learns
Our hands-on STEM programs make learning more fun and engaging, encourage teamwork and critical thinking skills and help children ages 4-11 become engaged in the wonders of science. Students who join our programs are introduced to the following topics.

Science
Science is about exploring the world around us and its many moving parts — after all, it’s in our name. Science Explorers offers interactive science programs for a hands-on learning experience. We are passionate about nurturing students’ natural curiosity, making learning memorable and fostering a lifelong interest in science.
Technology
Technology uses tools, machines and devices to help us solve problems and make life easier. Students interested in technology can explore their passions at Science Explorers. We often incorporate videos and websites to further hands-on learning.
Reading
We encourage reading and research to understand how the world works. Books and articles supplement our STEM enrichment programs to encourage critical thinking skills and develop helpful research skills.

Engineering
Engineering uses creativity and knowledge to solve problems and build innovative solutions. Engineers design and create things we use in everyday life, including bridges, buildings and amusement park rides. At Science Explorers, our engineering lessons include a straw tower building competition, marble roller coaster design and pompom catapult creation.
Art
Art and science rely on observation and exploration — two skills we need for hands-on learning. Science Explorers STEM programs combine art and science through projects like building a circuit for a spin art machine, experimenting with flowers and leaves, and creating unique prints with real squid ink.
Math
Math and science are closely linked as math can explain the ideas we discover through science. Specifically, math is used to measure factors like temperature, weight and speed in experiments.
